Eleanor has worked in law firms for more than 20 years, both in-house and via outsourced managed service providers. Her primary focus has been on the provision of knowledge and information management, creating and delivering products and services for the legal and professional services market that introduce innovative, more efficient and more cost-effective ways of working.
Her experience ranges from consultancy and support for individual elements of knowledge, research and library management (knowledge management approaches, resource management, procurement, information management technology, etc.) to developing and delivering fully outsourced knowledge, library and research services.
Building on her consultancy experience, and the extended interim role she completed with Irwin Mitchell, Eleanor took on a new challenge as the permanent Head of Knowledge Management in August 2019. She is now focusing on developing Irwin Mitchell’s core knowledge management strategy and is contributing to a range of strategic projects to help deliver excellent client service and foster a culture of knowledge sharing across the business.
